The digital twin

Every rack. Every shelf. Alive.

This is how AGEYE sees your farm — the actual 3D farm model from the AGEYE platform, a 6-rack × 10-level system where every shelf carries its own crop, sensors, imagery, and AI read. Drag it. Zoom it. Tap or hover a shelf to see its latest plant scan — those are real ARIS captures, and the canopy they measure is what the crop-growth lens colors.

A day with AGEYE

Less time chasing information. More time improving the crop.

The decisions stay human. The heavy lifting doesn't. One grower's Tuesday:

  1. 5:00 AM
    The robots clock in first

Seeding and tray-handling lines start on schedule with no one in the building. By sunrise, the day's transplants are staged and the AGVs are moving.

  2. 6:15 AM
    Start with the morning brief

Overnight signals, crop status, and today's priorities — one view before the first walk-through.

  3. 8:40 AM
    Investigate a signal

CultivAid flags humidity drift in Zone 3 and shows the why — imagery, sensor history, and the affected recipe side by side.

  4. 11:05 AM
    Approve the response

A recipe adjustment arrives with its reasoning attached. Your grower says yes — nothing executes without one.

  5. 2:40 PM
    Machines carry the heavy work

Harvest cells cut and stage, AGVs run product to packout, and the approved adjustment executes through fertigation. The 80% that used to be labor is machinery — completion confirmed against the plan, not assumed.

  6. 5:10 PM
    Learn from the outcome

The result feeds the recipe. Every task, cycle, and outcome becomes operational memory — each crop teaches the next.

Economics that matter

Frequently asked questions

View all FAQs
What does a turnkey indoor farm cost? +
HYVE systems start at $160K for Micro (~950 sq ft, ~1,000 plants/week), $985K for Scale (~3,000 sq ft), and $2.1M for Pro (~18,000 sq ft, full automation) — custom designs at any size. Real starting prices, published on purpose: cost per pound is the number we're engineered around, so we don't hide the first one you need.
What crops can I grow with AGEYE? +
40+ varieties in production recipes — leafy greens, lettuces, herbs, microgreens, bok choy, and specialty crops like mushrooms, with berries and fruiting crops in active development. Every recipe ships with light, climate, and nutrient targets proven on our Raleigh research farm.
Does AGEYE's AI act autonomously? +
No — it proposes, your team approves. CultivAid reads every plant image and sensor stream, flags what's off, and drafts the fix. Nothing executes without a human yes. That's a deliberate operating doctrine, not a technical limit — food production earns automation one approved action at a time.
Do we need to replace our sensors or controllers? +
No. AGEYE connects to the sensors, controllers, and climate systems you already run — their data feeds the same platform as AGEYE's own hardware. Upgrades add capability where it pays back first; they don't start with a rip-out.
Can AGEYE upgrade a farm I already run? +
Yes. Sensors, controls, vision, and robotic automation retrofit into existing facilities — deployed where they pay back first, without a redesign. Most retrofits start with monitoring and the software layer, then add automation as the numbers prove out.
Can we start with one facility — or one zone? +
Yes — most upgrades start with a single zone. Connect it, run a few cycles, and expand on the numbers. The platform is the same from one rack to eighteen thousand square feet, so nothing you start with gets thrown away when you scale.
Do you offer financing or Farming-as-a-Service? +
FaaS is our operate-for-you model: we build and run the farm, you receive predictable yield under contract — supply without the operation. For owned systems, financing structures depend on scale and site; it's one of the first things a system plan covers. Ask in the demo.
What software runs an AGEYE farm? +
Digital Cultivation — the farm's ERP + MES, 24 modules covering orders, crop planning, SOPs and labor, inventory, compliance, and finance. It closes the loop other platforms leave open: from the customer order to your cost per pound next to the live USDA market price.
