AGEYE has two offices. Our headquarters and R&D center is in Raleigh, North Carolina (3401 Atlantic Ave, Suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27604). Our engineering and operations center is in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Most indoor farming companies sell point solutions — a sensor here, software there, robotics from another vendor. AGEYE provides a fully integrated, end-to-end platform: sensors, controls, automation, robotics, and software all built as one system. This means faster deployment, lower operating costs, and a single accountable partner instead of coordinating multiple vendors.

Our systems are optimized for leafy greens and lettuces (butterhead, romaine, red leaf), basil and fresh herbs (genovese, Thai, cilantro, mint, dill), arugula, kale, specialty and microgreens (watercress, sorrel, shiso), and custom salad blends. We support 50+ crop varieties across our platform.

HYVE stands for Hydroponic Vertical Year-round Ecosystem. It is AGEYE’s complete turnkey indoor farming system that combines production grow racks, LED lighting, automated fertigation, robotics, sensors, and our Digital Cultivation software into a single integrated package — everything you need to grow commercially.

We offer three standard configurations:

• HYVE Micro — ~1,000 plants/week, ~1,000 sq ft footprint, ideal for pilots and R&D. Starting from $165,000.
• HYVE Scale — ~5,871 plants/week, ~3,000 sq ft footprint, designed for scalable commercial production. Starting from $985,000.
• HYVE Pro — ~37,385 plants/week, ~18,000 sq ft footprint, full commercial deployment with end-to-end automation. Starting from $2.1M.

Each system is customized based on your crop mix, yield targets, building constraints, and growth plans.

You provide a suitable building or warehouse space, licensed plumbing and electrical work, local MEP contractor coordination, and building permits and compliance. AGEYE handles everything else: system design, manufacturing, integration, installation, commissioning, and go-live optimization.

The turnkey delivery process follows six stages: concept and requirements mapping, engineering and layout design, manufacturing and system integration, on-site installation and integration, commissioning and certification, and go-live with ongoing optimization. Typical timelines range from 8 to 16 weeks depending on scale and local permitting requirements.

Digital Cultivation is AGEYE’s purpose-built ERP and operating system for commercial indoor farming. It combines crop-level intelligence, long-range production planning, real-time execution, and AI-driven optimization into a single platform. Key modules include production planning and crop scheduling, crop recipes and growth programs, task orchestration, and inventory management.

Yes. Digital Cultivation is available as a standalone SaaS product for existing farms with third-party sensors and equipment. It also supports ERP integration so you don’t need to re-platform your existing systems.

CultivAid is AGEYE’s embedded AI agent inside Digital Cultivation. It analyzes your farm’s actual data to detect anomalies earlier, understand root causes, and continuously improve outcomes. You can ask questions like “Why did yield drop in Zone 3 last cycle?” or “Which variables correlate with stress events?” and get data-driven answers.

Plans drive tasks, tasks trigger automation, sensors validate conditions, and outcomes feed back into future plans. This closed-loop approach means your farm continuously learns and improves — every cycle is better than the last.

Our sensor platform provides comprehensive monitoring: climate sensors (air temperature, humidity, CO2, VPD, PPFD/DLI), water quality sensors (water temperature, dissolved oxygen, ORP, tank levels, flow rate), nutrient sensors (pH, EC with continuous sampling and auto-calibration alerts), and plant imaging via ARIS for growth tracking, canopy health, and early disease detection. All data streams to the platform in under 1 second with 24/7 continuous monitoring.

Yes. AGEYE guarantees the production volumes outlined in your supply agreement. Our AI-driven monitoring ensures consistent output, and if yields fall short, AGEYE makes it right. The pricing model is a multi-year produce supply agreement with volume-based pricing — our incentives are fully aligned with yours.

HYVE systems start at $165,000 for our entry-level Micro configuration and scale up to $2.1M+ for full commercial Pro deployments.
