AgEye Technologies Named “AI-based AgTech Company of the Year” By AgTech Breakthrough

RALEIGH, N.C., October 18, 2022 – AGEYE, provider of AI-powered cameras, sensors, and predictive analytics for indoor farming, today announced it has been recognized as “AI-based AgTech Company of the Year” in the 2022 AgTech Breakthrough Awards conducted by AgTech Breakthrough, a leading market intelligence organization that recognizes the top companies, technologies, and products in the global agricultural and food technology markets today.

AGEYE’s artificial intelligence platform analyzes thousands of data points across hundreds of metrics to provide real-time visibility and insights into the internal operations of commercial indoor farms. Using advanced computer vision and machine learning algorithms, the platform provides per-plant visibility at a commercial scale. AGEYE’s functionality extends beyond crop monitoring with its digital twin platform that enables growers to see the profitability of a crop cycle before harvest, optimize environmental conditions to maximize growth or energy savings, and visualize what impact nutrient and/or light changes will have on their crop – before actually making any changes.
