Raleigh, NC / Dubai, UAE – March 20, 2025 – AGEYE Technologies, a U.S.-based leader in AI-driven agricultural automation and farm management software, today announced a strategic collaboration agreement with CRYSP, a UAE-based Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) operator, to jointly pursue opportunities across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
Under the agreement, AGEYE and CRYSP will collaborate exclusively within the GCC on projects related to fodder production, mushroom cultivation, floriculture, and additional controlled environment agriculture opportunities. CRYSP will serve as the designated farm operator, overseeing daily operations, while AGEYE will provide advanced technological solutions including artificial intelligence-driven automation, environmental monitoring, and data analytics systems.
As part of the collaboration, CRYSP will act as AGEYE’s exclusive representative within the GCC. The companies will jointly respond to regional tenders, government initiatives, and private-sector opportunities, building on existing engagements and replicating successful project models where commercially viable.
The agreement also includes plans to explore the feasibility of establishing collocated manufacturing facilities in the UAE for localized production of agricultural components and systems. AGEYE will develop a CRYSP-specific iteration of its proprietary software and artificial intelligence systems tailored to regional climatic and operational requirements. The parties will also engage in joint marketing initiatives across the GCC, including conferences, trade exhibitions, and co-branded campaigns.
The collaboration agreement has an initial five-year term, with automatic renewal provisions.
