Troubleshooting

Most Common

Plug not working / Power supply turning off

Usually caused by the water pump tripping the power supply

  1. Unplug the unit Completely disconnect from the wall outlet.
  2. Unplug the pump Disconnect from the internal connector.
  3. Plug the unit back in Keep the pump disconnected for this step.
  4. Check if the PLC runs correctly If the controller powers on and operates normally, the pump is likely the issue.
  5. Plug the pump back in and observe If the power supply trips again, the pump needs to be replaced. See the Water Pump replacement part above.
Occasional

Lights not turning on or flickering

Check connections and LED driver status

  1. Check the LED connector Ensure the light bar cable is fully seated in the connector port.
  2. Inspect the LED driver Look for any visible damage or burn marks on the driver unit.
  3. Swap with a known working light bar If the replacement works, the original light bar needs replacing.
Occasional

Water not draining properly

Blockage in drain line or improper tray leveling

  1. Check tray alignment Ensure grow trays are level and properly seated on the rack.
  2. Inspect drain holes Clear any root material or debris blocking the drain openings.
  3. Flush the drain line Run clean water through the line to clear any buildup. Replace the Watering Line if blockage persists.
