Common issues & fixes
Step-by-step diagnostic procedures for the most frequently reported LF-One issues.
- Unplug the unit Completely disconnect from the wall outlet.
- Unplug the pump Disconnect from the internal connector.
- Plug the unit back in Keep the pump disconnected for this step.
- Check if the PLC runs correctly If the controller powers on and operates normally, the pump is likely the issue.
- Plug the pump back in and observe If the power supply trips again, the pump needs to be replaced. See the Water Pump replacement part above.
- Check the LED connector Ensure the light bar cable is fully seated in the connector port.
- Inspect the LED driver Look for any visible damage or burn marks on the driver unit.
- Swap with a known working light bar If the replacement works, the original light bar needs replacing.
- Check tray alignment Ensure grow trays are level and properly seated on the rack.
- Inspect drain holes Clear any root material or debris blocking the drain openings.
- Flush the drain line Run clean water through the line to clear any buildup. Replace the Watering Line if blockage persists.
